Big Straw and Hay Bale Tarpaulin

These Ratchet Strapped Big PVC Tarpaulins came into being by listening to the problems Upper Coton Farms was having with regard to the difficulty they had in covering his big straw bales.

Mr Mike Mills from the farm asked Weather Beater to come up with something instead of sheeting with eyelets, which invariably kept on breaking free. As the size of his straw rick was 30' x 75 ' and 30' x 150', he was having to use numerous sheets to cover these areas and hoping they would last out the season.

He now has two 650g 42' x 82' PVC tarpaulins with ratcheted webbing welded every 6', securing straps to ratchet anchors set into ground floor bales. His comments when Weather Beater performed a demonstration was that the system is designed to do the job, very robust and easy to tie down and secure. He was very impressed with the quality and could see that he would get many years use out of the product.
